Privacy & Cookies

We keep this simple. This page explains what happens when you visit the Alentejo Zen BnB website.

Who manages this website?

Alentejo Zen BnB is created and managed by Flora & Véronique in Alcarias, Portugal. For privacy questions, please contact us through our Instagram account @alentejozenbnb.

Optional analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our website and to improve it. Google Analytics is activated only if you choose “Yes, sounds good 💙” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Decline”, our website does not load Google Analytics through this consent tool.

If you accept, Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and online identifiers. Google processes this information on our behalf under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Read more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choice

Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner does not keep appearing. You can change your choice by clearing this website’s stored site data in your browser and visiting the site again. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics will not be loaded by this website unless you accept again.

Your rights

Where applicable under data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or exercise other rights including objection or restriction. You can contact us through the Instagram link above. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting providers, it may process limited technical information in server logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. For details, see Netlify’s Privacy Policy.

In short: analytics is optional. It runs only after you accept, and you can refuse without losing access to the website.
